"Mastering NFT with 30 Short Articles" 13 Twitter

NFTs are one of the foundations of web3. This series will introduce NFTs through 30 short articles, allowing everyone to understand and master the relevant knowledge about NFTs from scratch.

In the previous article, we discussed one of the channels for obtaining NFT information - Discord. In this article, we will discuss how to use Twitter to obtain NFT information.

We all know that Discord is the main hub for NFT projects, while Twitter is the public display platform for all NFT projects. We usually refer to the part of Twitter that discusses crypto topics as CryptoTwitter, where you can find almost all the information related to crypto projects and the discussions surrounding them. In the process of understanding NFTs, Twitter is an excellent tool and source of information where we can gain a lot of knowledge and updates (such as what the project team is doing, the interaction between the project team and the community, the interaction among community members, and other people's thoughts and research on the project), allowing us to have a better understanding of the projects we are interested in.

On Twitter, each tweet is limited to 280 characters, which is equivalent to 140 Chinese characters. However, this character limit is obviously not enough to express ideas or research about a project. Therefore, we can use threads to send a series of tweets to fully express our thoughts. We can learn and understand NFTs through reading high-quality threads, and if we need to revisit a thread, we can bookmark it by using the "share" function of a tweet.

Although Twitter is a platform that gathers voices from all sides, we should also be cautious of the echo chamber effect. Since we tend to pay more attention to familiar things and algorithms continuously recommend content with similar themes to what we have previously read, the information we encounter will be of a similar type, leading to biases in our understanding of things. Therefore, we need to pay attention to high-quality information publishers and read opposing viewpoints when facing the same issue, so that we can have a more comprehensive view before making decisions. We all know that there are many good projects in the crypto field, but there are also many projects that are designed to pump and dump. Therefore, we should make decisions after obtaining more comprehensive information. As the saying goes, "Listen to both sides and you will be enlightened!"

Twitter is a platform for community interaction and sharing various perspectives on NFT projects. When we use it correctly, it can help us obtain more information and insights about NFTs that we are interested in. Following high-quality information publishers will be crucial to our Twitter journey.
